The grapes come from Wiener Gemischter Satz vineyards and are pressed “whole bunch” without the use of any further technologies. This processing of the whole grapes guarantees the finest musts for further vinification into sparkling wine. Traditional bottle fermentation and at least 24 months of bottle ageing in traditional dark cellars characterize this noble sparkling wine.

Taste profile: Pale straw yellow, notes of fresh citrus flowers, green apple and a touch of brioche. Lively and velvety on the pallet, noble pelage, structured and refreshing.
According to analyses by the Federal Office of Viticulture, our white wines contain <0.1mg/l histamine. Contains sulphites.
